Starting price: Quotes are provided for basic mobile bartending services. Prices are based on your customized shopping list and any additional requests to ensure a hassle-free experience. No two events are the same. Prices very based on your event.

What’s Included

  • Professional bartenders up to 5 hours. One hour more than most companies however additional time available if needed.

  • Alcohol provided — we supply standard spirits, mixers, and basic garnishes.

  • Bar setup and cleanup so you can enjoy the event without worrying about logistics.

  • Standard cups and tools required for service.

  • 1-2 Bartenders pending size of event

  • Bar

  • Bottle services available

State of Florida does not allow any mobile bartending services to provide alcohol. The host must provide the alcohol but not to worry we can provide a detailed shopping list for your convenience.

Our mission is to provide a seamless and stress-free bar experience that transforms every event into a memorable celebration. We are dedicated to exacting standards of service, utilizing fresh ingredients and expert craftsmanship to ensure your guests enjoy every sip. 

The Scheduling Process

  1. Initial Inquiry: Start by completing our event inquiry form or contacting us directly with your event date, location, and estimated guest count.

  2. Discovery Call: We’ll schedule a brief consultation to discuss your vision, including your preferred bar package and any custom cocktail needs.

  3. Quote & Agreement: You will receive a transparent, detailed quote. To secure your date, we require a signed contract and a non-refundable retainer (typically 50% of the service total). Remaining amounts are due 14 days before the event date.

  4. Final Planning: Roughly 4–6 weeks before the event, we’ll finalize your custom menu and coordinate logistics with your venue.

  5. Staffing Ratios: For smooth service, we generally provide one bartender per 50–75 guests for cocktail service, or one per 75–100 guests for beer and wine only. Additional Bartender available for $300 per needed bartender.

  6. Setup/Breakdown: We typically arrive 1–2 hours early for setup and require time afterward for breakdown. Confirm that this aligns with your venue's rental hours

Our consultation is a collaborative planning session designed to take the guesswork out of your event's beverage service. During this 45-minute deep dive, we transition from a general inquiry to a tailored execution plan. 

What to Expect During the Consultation

  • Menu Curation: We’ll help you select a bespoke drink menu that reflects your personal taste, event theme, and seasonal flavors.

  • Inventory Calculation: Based on your guest count and event duration, we provide a detailed shopping list with exact amounts of spirits, beer, and wine to purchase, ensuring you never run out.

  • Logistics Check: We’ll review your venue's logistical requirements, including space dimensions, power access, water access, and any specific load-in/load-out rules.

  • Staffing & Compliance: We determine the ideal number of bartenders for your guest count and confirm all licensing and insurance (COI) details required by your venue.

  • Custom Extras: This is the time to discuss signature cocktails, themed bar decor, or add-ons like mocktail stations and self-serve infused water.
